Lately I have been thinking about what makes for the right client for your business.  About what makes the right employee.  About what makes the right choice for marketing investments.

There are many important criteria on all these decisions  -  expectations, culture, values, business dynamics and more.

At Avenue, we are beyond grateful for the clients we represent.  We have the best clients.  And for me personally, I am indebted to my staff who are worth their weight in gold.  We are perfectly aligned.

So it’s always the people who make the difference.  The lead person at your client who works with you.  The staff member who packs your parachute.  And the representative of the marketing opportunity who completely “gets you” and what you want from the partnership.
