At Avenue, as in many South African organisations trying hard to do our jobs well and in our clients’ best interests, life occasionally seems beset with the negatives - things that make our jobs more difficult, unpleasant and emotionally draining.
Today started off with just such a negative experience for me. One that would not even have been so bad if it had been underlined by an open, honest and transparent communication.
Fortunately, my day has ended with a “beyond impressive” life-affirming experience where another service provider restored my default positive and optimistic mind-set and has given me renewed resolve and energy.
At Avenue, I hope this is the kind of experience you enjoy from our interactions. And I hope you will call us out if and when this is not the case. We truly value your contribution to our business and I hope you feel it, if not as a life-affirming experience, at least as a positive one.
